If a booking is unsuccessful, the amount will be credited to the user’s wallet and will not be refunded to the bank card. The user can then use the wallet balance to make a new booking.

The process of ticket cancellation is subject to the airline or issuing company’s policies. The refund conditions and amount may vary depending on the rules of the airline or ticket issuer.
3. Non-Refundable Tickets
Some tickets are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund. If a ticket is refundable, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within up to 4 working days. Please note that tickets issued after the scheduled flight time are not eligible for refund.
