General Conditions
Passengers are required to arrive at the airport at least 4 hours prior to departure.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the validity of passport and visa. The agency or airline shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from invalid or incomplete travel documents.
The airline is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay related to fragile, perishable, valuable items, personal laptops, or special medications included in the passenger’s baggage.
In case of special service requests such as wheelchair assistance or pet transport, passengers must notify the airline at least 72 hours before the flight.
Passengers must remain reachable 24 hours prior to departure (via phone call or email). If any change occurs in the flight schedule and the passenger is not reachable, the ticket will be considered void.
Seat selection is performed by the check-in counter at the airport and cannot be determined in advance.
Flight date changes are not permitted within 24 hours of departure. In case of cancellation or no-show, the ticket will be non-refundable.
The accuracy of passenger information (including name, passport number, and travel details) is the full responsibility of the passenger.
The agency acts solely as a ticketing intermediary and holds no liability for flight delays, changes, or cancellations made by the airline.
Prices and ticket availability are subject to change without prior notice.
The use of this website and completion of any booking implies full acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
